We created an online web based application that provides realtime reporting and tracking of CHT Australia’s process for non-conformance reporting. The system was developed to capture incidents and opportunities, assess their value or cost, assign responsibility, track accountability, provide resolution to the incident, prioritize opportunities and overall provide direction to the business.

The process encompassed in our application satisfies the requirements of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction of the  ISO 9001 quality system. The completion rate for handling incidents is now more efficient and is the measure of increased responsiveness and accountability which are critical to business dynamics.The CHT Australia application is only available to internalt staff.
